For DMS to offer tax free sales, DMS must be presented with the appropriate documentation at or before the sale.

There are two options for running a fundraiser through DMS. Some may choose to allow the pre-sale of shirts for a designated amount of time, collecting the money and order forms themselves, providing to DMS the funds and a final count on items needed. Second option is to allow all sales to be processed through DMS’s website and in store, once the fundraiser is closed, DMS provides a check for the designated amount per shirt to the organization. The second option must be cleared and agreed upon prior to fundraiser running and processing.
